In the field of contracting and construction, we are a company specialized in all works of building, finishings and maintenance for the residential, investment and commercial complexes; and we have of the manpower and technical body which is able to carry out and complete all works in the fullest manner, that we have previous works in all areas of Kuwait. Work is divided into several sections as follows:
1 - Evaluation & tendering:
It undertakes the task of making engineering schemes as well as providing all materials procuremat & defining the feasibility of a project. In addition, it is incharge of preparing all the documents required to achieve successful evaluation of a proposed contract and to prepare any documents needed for tendering.
2- Construction works:
It undertakes building the black structure for all kinds of buildings, civil works, as well as renovation work with all their types.
3- Electrical and sanitary extensions:
It undertakes the works of furnishing the electrical and sanitary schemes and extensions with all their types including maintenance.
4- General finishings:
It is regarding the insulation works with all its kinds, as well as works of internal and external encasement, works of facades, internal and external decorations.
5- Pre-stressed Concrete Division:
Post Tension operation has unique capabilities in structural design, especially in long-span structure, sport facilities & multi stay buildings.
The use of Pre-stressing in your project has its advantages that can be summarizing as follows:
